How do I delete files from the locked folder?Updated 3 months ago

Files in the locked folder can only be deleted by:

1. Removing the micro SD card and inserting it into a computer or another device to manually delete the files.
2. Formatting the SD card within the Viidure app (Camera Settings → Format SD Card). This is recommended periodically if the locked folder becomes full.

Why are files in the locked folder?

Files end up in this folder when bumps or impacts are detected, as the dash cam’s Collision Detection feature locks these files to prevent them from being overwritten.

You can adjust Collision Detection sensitivity in Camera Settings → Collision Detection and set it to Low, Medium, High, or Off depending on your preference.
