I only received part of my order – where’s the rest?Updated 3 months ago

f you’ve received a partial order, there are a couple of possible reasons:

1. Your order was partially fulfilled

Check your email for your shipping confirmation—if it says "Partially Fulfilled," this means we split your shipment. This could be because:

  • Some of the items in your order were in stock, so we shipped them right away.
  • Other items were out of stock or on pre-order, and we’re waiting to receive more stock before sending them out.

Once the remaining items are available, we’ll ship them to you as soon as possible, and you’ll receive another shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Your order was marked as fully shipped, but something is missing

If your shipping confirmation email states that your entire order was shipped and all items should be included, but something is missing, please contact us ASAP. We’ll look into it and ensure you receive your full order.
