What is the process for handling orders and shipping when items are out of stock?Updated 2 months ago

When an item is out of stock at the time of your order, we make sure to inform you on the product page with a message indicating the expected delay. If your order has been placed and we discover a stock shortfall, we will notify you via email that your order has not been fulfilled yet due to our current stock levels.

We generally receive new stock within a week, but dispatch of backlogged orders may take until the following week. Once your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive an email from us containing the tracking information for your shipment.

We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time, as we work diligently to fulfill your order as soon as possible.
