We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Below is a breakdown of our processing and shipping times.

Order Processing Times

• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 1 PM AEST on a business day are typically shipped the same day if all items are in stock.
• Next-Day Dispatch: If your order is placed after 1 PM AEST or on a weekend/public holiday, it will be shipped the next business day (if all items are in stock).

Pre-Order Items & Stock Availability

• If an item is out of stock, we will display a pre-order message on the product page with an estimated restock date.
• Once stock arrives, it typically takes a couple of business days to be added to our inventory before processing begins.
• If you order multiple items and one is on pre-order, we may hold your order until all items are available before shipping.

Shipping Timeframes

The estimated delivery time you choose at checkout begins once your order has been dispatched:

• Australia Post Express: 1 - 3 business days
• Australia Post Standard: 3 - 6 business days

If your order contains pre-order items, the shipping timeframe begins after those items arrive in stock.

Stock Discrepancies
