Changed Wi-Fi password but now I can't connectUpdated 3 months ago

If you changed the Wi-Fi password and can no longer connect, try the following steps:

  1. Forget the Wi-Fi network from your device’s Wi-Fi settings. Then, try reconnecting with the new password.
  2. If the issue persists, perform a hardware reset on the dash cam. This will restore the password to 12345678.

How to perform a hardware reset:

  • Hold down the power button until the dash cam turns off.
  • Once off, hold the power button again for 30 seconds until the device resets.
  • Forget the Wi-Fi network on your phone, then reconnect using the default password: 12345678.
