If you changed the Wi-Fi password and can no longer connect, try the following steps:
- Forget the Wi-Fi network from your device’s Wi-Fi settings. Then, try reconnecting with the new password.
- If the issue persists, perform a hardware reset on the dash cam. This will restore the password to 12345678.
How to perform a hardware reset:
- Hold down the power button until the dash cam turns off.
- Once off, hold the power button again for 30 seconds until the device resets.
- Forget the Wi-Fi network on your phone, then reconnect using the default password: 12345678.
