Yes! The dash cam doesn’t need a Wi-Fi connection or internet to operate. It will always record to the memory card, even in rural areas with no reception.

The dash cam creates its own local Wi-Fi network, which allows you to connect from your phone while it's powered on. This local Wi-Fi is used to view footage and change camera settings—it doesn’t provide internet access.
