Ensure you have peeled back the electrostatic film away from the side with text and adhered the side that peeled away onto your windscreen. Also, make sure there are no dust particles on either the windscreen or the film, as this can cause adhesion to be lost.

The electrostatic film is optional and not required for use with our dash cams. Its purpose is to allow for easy removal of the dash cam without leaving residue on the windscreen. For the strongest hold, we recommend sticking the mount directly to the windscreen, as this is completely safe to do.
