How long does it take to process a return or refund?Updated 3 months ago

Once you have submitted a return through our Returns Portal, we typically provide an outcome within 48 hours, which you will receive via email.

If your return is approved, you’ll receive a link to our Australia Post Easy Returns Portal, where you can generate a prepaid return label. You can then drop off your return at any Australia Post outlet free of charge.

Once we receive your returned item, we generally process the return and issue a refund within 3 business days. After that, it can take up to 7 business days for the funds to clear back to your original payment method.

🔹 Important:

  • We cannot provide refunds to a BSB and account number—refunds are only issued to the original payment method.
  • If the card you used for your purchase is now closed, don’t worry—banks have processes in place to ensure the funds are routed back to you correctly.
