Our standard warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects and faults that occur under normal use.

For extra peace of mind, we offer a +1 Year Extended Warranty, which can be purchased on the product page. This extends your total coverage to 2 years, providing additional protection beyond the standard warranty.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Regardless of our stated warranty, you have rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect and it’s not caused by misuse, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund—even outside the warranty period—if the failure is not expected based on the product’s quality and price.
