If your dash cam’s Wi-Fi network is not appearing, try the following steps:

• Remove the SD card from the dash cam and restart the device. If the Wi-Fi network appears after this, it could indicate that the SD card is corrupted and needs to be formatted.
• If you have a microSD card reader, insert the SD card into your computer and format it to exFAT.
• Try disabling Bluetooth or enabling airplane mode on your phone to see if the Wi-Fi network appears.
• Check the Wi-Fi indicator light on the dash cam. If it is flashing, the dash cam is emitting a Wi-Fi signal. If not, try restarting the device.
