Make sure it&apos;s staying powered on.</li><li data-end="524" data-start="350" style="font-size: 16px;">Format the micro SD card &#x2013; Corrupt or abnormal files can cause playback issues. Go into the Viidure app, navigate to Camera Settings, and format the SD card.</li><li data-end="866" data-is-last-node data-start="525" style="font-size: 16px;">Try a different micro SD card &#x2013; If formatting doesn&#x2019;t help, the card may be worn out and needs replacing. Dash cam SD cards are consumable and should be replaced over time.
